Sometimes it is necessary to meet at a location other than the office, for example, during a day off or an inspiring brainstorming session. You might even want to make it a multi-day event. You can rent a meeting room in one of the Postillion Hotels in eight different cities.

RENT A MEETING ROOM FOR DIFFERENT GROUP SIZES
We have various meeting rooms and event spaces. Whether you come with 2 or 1,400 people, Postillion Hotels offers a suitable solution for meetings. Our rooms are arranged in such a way that they can be combined into one large room or divided into several separate rooms.
This way, we always have space for small to very large groups. Of course, meeting with 1,400 people is not realistic, but we will let you know anyway. The possibilities are endless because we can turn multiple, separate rooms into one large space. And vice versa, of course.
Did you know that we even have a studio that can be used especially for large online events? Including a director and stage manager. This way, you can easily host an online meeting.
ORGANISING A MEETING: COMPLETE UNBURDENING
From lighting and sound to food, drinks, and variety between meetings, we take care of everything for you so that you are completely unburdened. Coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks are available to you throughout the meeting. In addition, we will, of course, provide snacks and/or lunch and dinner if this suits your wishes.
Need a flipchart and a projector? No problem! We’ll get everything ready. And if something unexpectedly goes wrong, we guarantee that it will be resolved within 15 minutes.

Do you want to hire a meeting room? This is possible in Amersfoort, Amsterdam, Arnhem, The Hague, Deventer, Dordrecht, Rotterdam, and Utrecht Bunnik. You can choose a suitable meeting room based on the number of people.
Are you organising a multi-day meeting? Then request a number of hotel rooms immediately. At all locations, it is possible to let your guests stay overnight.
