Dear guest / relation,

The Dutch government announced once more severe measures during the press conference on October 13, 2020. These are difficult times, in which we understand that this requires even more measures. Public health, but also the health of our guests and employees is paramount. With the urgent request from the government to restrict travel movements and a call to jointly contain the virus, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close all our hotels.

Where the Dutch government has decided to close all Dutch food and beverage outlets, we have additionally decided to close all our hotels completely until 11 November. We hereby respond to the government's call. In addition, it is currently no longer profitable for us to remain open. We can no longer offer Hospitality with the capital H to our guests. This decision is completely against what we do best, hospitality. Nevertheless, we are convinced that it is the only decision that really makes the right impact. We will continue to fight for a quick reopening, but for now we are closing our doors. We like to inform you what this means for you:

All overnight stays and meetings scheduled for arrival within this closing period and booked with flexible cancellation policies will be canceled free of charge. Pre-paid room bookings will be converted into a value voucher that can be redeemed after the closing period. Our sales and reservation departments will actively approach you in the coming period to look together for a suitable solution. They will be happy to help you reschedule, cancel or make a new reservation.

We thank you in advance for your understanding. Although we are entering a difficult period, we do want to look ahead to the light at the end of the tunnel. Because we see it. We therefore once again appeal to you. Because only together we can get through this.

We look forward to seeing you from November 12th.
Hospitable regards,

Erik-Jan Ginjaar
